Dr. Jeff Harris is excited to return to Boise, Idaho and join the Idaho Center for Integrative Medicine.  Prior to Boise, Dr. Harris worked in Portland, OR in a multi-disciplinary clinic with Naturopaths, Massage Therapists, and a Medical Doctor.  He is passionate about safe and natural healthcare therapies, and he enjoys educating patients about their options.

Dr. Jeff Harris has been active and athletic most of his life. He has used chiropractic throughout his entire life to help him maintain this lifestyle and to optimize his performance or rehab his injuries.  This passion motivated him to obtain the prestigious post-graduate designation of a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.  He joins Dr. Noah in being one of only a handful of Sports Medicine practitioners in the entire state of Idaho.   The skills learned in his extensive Sports Med training enable Dr. Jeff to treat both athletes and non-athletes with comprehensive pain and rehab management.

Patients enjoy the thorough approach utilized by Dr. Jeff.  He believes strongly that the muscles, fascia, tendons, nerves, and ligaments are just as important as your joints, so every patient can expect to have effective soft tissue therapies done during treatment sessions.  This might include myofascial release, strain-counterstrain, exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, Kinesio taping, and instrument assisted soft tissue therapy (also known as Graston Technique).

Education & Experience

Dr. Harris graduated from The University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. In addition, he completed the Chiropractic Sports Medicine Certification (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

Dr. Harris balances his professional interests with a passion for soccer, rock climbing, and spending time in the outdoors with his wife.
