Plantar FasciitisPlantar Fasciitis is a painful condition that happens when the ligament that runs from your heel to your toes becomes inflamed and agitated due to running, climbing stairs, standing on hard surfaces for long periods of time, or wearing poor fitting shoes. It can be a temporary issue or an ongoing problem.

Classic symptoms include:  sharp pain in the heel area upon rising in the morning, after sitting long periods, or standing on hard surfaces for long periods (i.e. at a job). Proper fitting shoes can make a huge difference, some with proper support in the arch and a slightly raised heel.

If you have tried to comfort plantar fasciitis and failed, give our clinic a chance to assist in returning your comfort to you. We have treatment available that can help, we know that solving the problem means getting to the underlying cause. The Idaho Center for Integrated Medicine believes in treating the cause, merely treating the symptoms will never succeed in eliminating the condition.

We are dedicated to helping you heal properly, giving you back your life free from pain. Contact our office to schedule your appointment to discuss the options available to you.
