Chelsea - Front Office Coordinator

I happily serve as ICIM’s font office coordinator, wellness advocate, and educator. I am one of the familiar faces greeting you when you first come in, and I want you to know you are part of our wellness family once you walk through those doors.

My favorite part about working at the Idaho Center for Integrative Medicine is that there is always something new to learn about. We are a collaborative group of individuals who enjoy expanding our knowledge together.  I love helping patients navigate their health journey using the latest breakthroughs in functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and immune therapies.  

In my free time, you might find me hugging trees, bonding with my teenage boys, organizing whatever is in front of my face, or floating the river.

Lori - Medical Assistant 

 I have worked in the medical industry for over 30 years, but this is definitely my favorite job!  The ICIM helps me be the best version of myself.  I love being part of the ICIM team, and I look forward to coming to work every single day.  

My job is to help you be comfortable during procedures, and to help you fully understand your treatment plan.  I also specialize in peptide therapies and guiding patients on how to optimize their health using these amazing compounds.  

In my free time, I enjoy chasing goats, pulling spiders off my chickens, and fishing with my family.  

 Millie - Front Office Manager  

I am responsible for overseeing office operations and procedures.  I specialize in keeping staff happy by offering training, team building activities, healthy snacks, and conflict resolution.  Happy staff makes for happy patients, and we are constantly striving to improve your patient experience.  If there is ever anything you are unhappy with during your experience at the ICIM, please reach out to me, so I can make it right.  

I absolutely love working with the ICIM team.  I have always been passionate about alternative medicine, and now I get to thrive in a clinic offering compassionate care for everyone.  

In my free time, I enjoy being with family, boating, hiking, worshipping the sun, grounding, and attending birthday parties.

 Hello, and welcome to the ICIM Infusion Center.  It is my pleasure to help make the process of getting poked with a needle as easy and painless as possible.  I've been working with natural vitamin-mineral infusions for many years, and I've seen the amazing benefits first hand.  I enjoy educating patients about the myriad of IV therapies available here at the ICIM - from Vitamin C, to ozone, to alpha lipoic acid, to hydrogen peroxide.  I want to help expedite your recovery.  

In my free time, you can find me pool side, watching my teens play sports, or traveling to see grandbabies.
